As we go down the administration chart of the firm, there will be a board that will analyse the events from a global standpoint at every relevant level and make the appropriate decisions in the best interest of the investors.

Division Board(s)

In every portfolio, the division that will regroup the brands with similar features will have a dedicated board whose members will be appointed by the Portfolio Board.

Portfolio Company Board(s)

Seats on portfolio company boards will be held by our Prime Partners and Management Teams.

The members of these boards will be appointed by the Division Boards.
