The Founder
The Founder is the father, guardian and guarantor of the Vision, Investment Strategy, and Proprietary Model of the firm.
He will always make sure that the decisions that run throughout the whole organisation are made in pursuance of our proprietary “Labyrinthine Path”.
He will have nearly all his estate invested in the firm and he will bear all the risks that go with the project and the legal form of the firm.
The main challenge of the Founder will be to ensure that the general equilibrium of the model that underlies the establishment of the firm is maintained at all times.
The agreement establishing the firm will give him the power to be the decision-maker of last resort whenever an executive decision has to be made.

The Founder
Gifted with a soul of a philosopher and a heightened poetic sensitivity, the Founder mainly devotes his time to strategic thinking, existential questioning, theoretical reorganisation, meditation, and asceticism.
It is in his laboratory of applied research that he challenges the quicksands of serendipity through the constructivist approach and its conceptual motricity. Prior to proposing a theoretical-practical universe in private equity, he faced the following realities:
- A graduate degree from ICHEC Brussels Management School
- Service provider in the language industry
- Administration and finance officer in the office supply industry
- Sales executive in the office supply industry
- Commercial adviser in health insurance
- Commercial advisor in life insurance linked to investment funds
The Founder believes that the updated labyrinthine thought offers a unique opportunity to reconcile the human being with the financial sector. From his standpoint, it is private equity that best lends itself to the labyrinthine management of uncertainty.
